We are a leading manufacturer, supplier and fabricator of process machinery like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Autoclaves, Boiler Chimneys, Chemical Storage Tanks, etc. All these process machines find a wide range of applications in chemical, pharmaceutical, cement and many other industries. Founded in 1992, we provide a range of machines which are cost effective and developed with sophisticated technology. Being an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, our products are superior in quality and are manufactured as per IS/ASME/ASTM/DIN/TEMA/BS standards. Constant upgradation in the technology and managerial sphere is incorporated regularly in order to stay ahead in the challenging and competitive business arena, and to maintain the high customer satisfaction levels. Located at Ankleshwar, the biggest industrial estate in India, we are supported by a huge infrastructural setup, comprising of latest machines. materials like mild steel, stainless steel, pipes, etc. are codified and the records of consumption are maintained.
Quality control is an important part of our operations and various tests and checks are conducted by our team to ensure that metallurgical and chemical composition, dimensions, etc. of final goods are being adhered to maintain the standards. Edge penetration testing, Mechanical/NDT testing, tensile testing, ultrasonic testing and other tests are conducted on a regular basis at our in-house quality control lab. We possess a range of equipment for testing these various aspects. Final
inspection is conducted to ensure dimensional stability and other
factors and then the products are stamped with the logo of the company.
